• Training in horticulture and landscaping? Great! Career changers with a green thumb and plenty of experience? Also good!
• Driving licence? Ideally with BE or C – but B is sufficient for now.
• Machines and equipment? You've got them under control – whether it's a lawnmower or hedge trimmer.
• Commitment - pitching in, thinking ahead, seeing things through - exactly your thing
• Teamwork skills - You're not a lone wolf, but like to work together with the team.
• Taking on responsibility? You gladly accept it – and you keep track of everything.
• Working independently – Sure, you know what to do.

Your green territory - the construction site

• Task distribution - You distribute the tasks within your team and also keep an eye on machine planning.
• Implementation - lawn, trees, hedges – you ensure that everything stays in shape and the outdoor areas look perfect.
• Vegetation work – planting, sowing, creating green oases – that's part of it too.
• Performance documentation – And what's done is, of course, properly documented – it's simply part of the process.
