JOB DESCRIPTION – FORENSIC ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Davidsons Forensic Accountants are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Forensic Accounting Analyst, preferably with experience of using Altia software. We are one of the leading Firms of Forensic Accountants in the UK, undertaking a huge variety of Civil and Criminal cases.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/5 or above, or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to produce written work accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of using Altia or similar specialist analysis software
  • Previous experience in forensic accounting, financial investigations, or related work

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with members of the team to undertake investigative and analysis work on both Civil and Criminal cases, including high-profile matters
  • Using specialist software to perform analysis work
  • Analysing confidential and sensitive evidence for use in Court proceedings
  • Providing input on patterns, anomalies and areas for further investigation
  • Contributing to planning the scope of cases to be undertaken
  • Direct contact with instructing parties
    This is a unique opportunity to work with and learn from one of the most experienced Forensic Teams in the UK, with over 100 years of combined Forensic Accounting experience between them.
