EDUCATION & LICENSING

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Must have knowledge of or demonstrate experience with project management.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs technical fieldwork and reporting as required as prescribed by company policy and industry standards.
  • Acts as a mentor to professional staff in field of expertise overseeing the professional development of professional staff in field of expertise.
  • Provides input and makes suggestions for training initiatives of employees in field of expertise.
  • Assists in policy/procedure development and implementation.
  • Promotes EFI Global capabilities to expand business opportunities with client companies.
  • 30-50% billability expectation with a mix of field/normal office working condition.May represent EFI Global in meetings and other forums with clients within government, public service, or private sector organizations.
