1. Coordinate and provide legal support in the preparation of documentation for the courts for mental health clinicians in the Forensic
   Mental health Team, working to tight deadlines and to a high standard. Prepare and brief management and the Chief Executive where
   necessary.
2. Consult and collaborate at point of contact with key stakeholders including Government and Non-Government agencies, other
   service providers, and intra-service providers, in coordinating reporting obligations for legal services.
3. Provide advice and support to clinical staff and Courts administration in the application of mental health legislation and related policy
   and procedures. Assist in the review FMHT clinical reports prepared for the courts under Section 77 and 74 of the Mental Health
   and Related Services Act.
4. Supports the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality reporting for people with a mental illness including support of case
   managers by acting as liaison between team and courts.
5. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in
   order to ensure high quality, safe service and workplaces.
