We are Capita Tracing and Data Solution a part of Capita PLC, we help our corporate clients find their customers through an advanced end to end online Tracing, Mortality and Verification Solutions.
Due to a hybrid restructure of our Forensics team, we have an opportunity for you to join Capita Pensions Solutions as a Forensic Team Leader. You will be responsible for managing clients within our Forensic Tracing team to ensure that client delivery is consistently met or exceeded.

We are at another exciting point in that evolution, defining and executing CPS’s strategic goals as well as developing the next generation of market leading Products and Services. We have ambitious objectives and plans for 2025 and beyond and in support of that we are seeking applications for two very important roles.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Motivating, Coaching and Developing a team
• Planning and controlling workflows and performance in relation to productivity, quality, and other key requirements.
• Organising and managing personal and team workload to meet stretching targets and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensuring that all staff members are referring to the policy/procedures.
• Working on efficiencies and improvements, allowing us to increase volumes and bring on new initiatives and ideas.
• Ensuring the team have the appropriate training to assist with all types of services and queries
• Regularly reviewing and updating procedure documentation.
• Creating and sharing regular reports on performance, feedback and issues, to share with the Senior Management Team
