Job Location: Whiteley, Hampshire & on-sites worldwide. This role requires the ability and willingness to travel and work on-site globally for approximately 3-5 months of the year.
Our projects take us to various shipyards and vessels across the world and this role will have a significant element of onsite working in shipyards and vessels worldwide. Due to the nature of this role, there will be a projected yearly base salary uplift of around 30% for the time spent working away. Your role will be essential in ensuring successful project execution, contributing significantly to our organisation’s growth and global reputation.
SUMMARY
We are seeking a Foreperson to join our dynamic team at Trimline. In this role, you will oversee projects related to marine interior outfitting, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence as we prepare for our upcoming move to a new state-of-the-art facility in Whiteley, Hampshire.

This full-time, permanent position provides the successful Foreperson with a competitive starting base salary plus working away allowance for the time spent away on global on-site assignments, which on average would add an on top of the yearly base salary.
