Responsibilities
  • Minimum three (3) yrs. related experience in a leadership role
  • A post-secondary certificate in Turf Management is preferred
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent supervisory skills
  • Small power equipment repair skills and past experience with snow removal equipment required
  • Committed to working shifts, weekends, on call and holidays as required
  • Proven abilities to problem solve, trouble shoot and work with deadlines
  • Safety boots a must
  • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
  • Required to meet the physical demands of the job including weights of up to 23kg, and frequent standing, walking, twisting, reaching, and bendin
