Description
We are looking for an experienced Foreperson to lead our teams across a range of roading maintenance and roading construction projects throughout the Thames region. If you’re a strong leader with civil and roading experience who can drive safety, productivity, and quality on site, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role within our operations. About the Role As a Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing daily onsite activities and ensuring crews complete work safely, efficiently, and to required standards. You’ll work closely with supervisors, engineers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality outcomes on both planned and reactive roading works.
