We are seeking a skilled and motivated forestry professional—either a Registered Professional Forester (RPF) or Registered Forest Technologist (RFT) —with the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish. The successful candidate will also supervise and mentor junior staff. This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take the next step in their forestry career. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered as an RPF or RFT in British Columbia (a late-stage trainee with significant experience may be considered)
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant forestry experience
  • Experience in a variety of Full Phase Forestry Development deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams with minimal supervision
  • Ability to mentor and train junior staff
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Immediate ability to contribute— this is not a development or training role
