Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

FOREWARN, LLC is seeking a bright, highly motivated individual with an analytical mind for our FOREWARN Sales Support Team that can handle a variety of attention to detail required tasks in a fast-paced high volume environment. Our FOREWARN Sales Support Specialists support the entire Sales Team and customer base through CRM administration and management, lead qualification, reporting, and also drive automation projects to further streamline the departments operational efficiency and improve the functions control environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Directly responsible for the supporting the FOREWARN Sales Team, and customer base, the FOREWARN Sales Support Specialist will serve as the front end, main point of contact for the Sales Team and liaison between the Sales Team and other internal departments
  • Work directly with the FOREWARN Sales Team on a daily basis to fulfill their requests, which may include processing applications, assisting customers, process contracts, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Team, Management, and other departments to ensure superior customer service
  • Serve as the front end, main point of contact for our customer base
  • Resolve customer issues via phone and email
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Actively engage in product updates in order to provide immediate and efficient resolutions for customers
  • Perform weekly reporting through Salesforce and Excel
  • Assist the Billing Department with applying credits, invoice reconciliation, and customer disputes
  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in the CRM
  • Participate in account onboarding and set up within different company programs
  • Maintain accurate, up to date, properly stored account / implementation notes and records pertaining to customer contracts
  • Special projects as assigned (customer billing audits, data cleanup projects, etc.)
