Description Summary: Tow boats to and from assigned locations and maintain the business “yard” to support business and customer needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Driving the company vehicle, tow boats to and from the assigned locations meeting the deadlines assigned while paying attention to all safety requirements. Unload boats, motors and trailers from delivery trucks upon arrival. Keep work area clean and pleasant for customer view. Drive Forklift, attending to all safety protocols. Follow all safety policies and procedures, to include utilizing proper safety gear. Maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees in all business units within the organization. Attend all assigned meetings. Follow all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The primary duties involve towing boats to and from assigned locations and maintaining the business yard to meet operational and customer needs. This includes driving company vehicles, unloading deliveries, and ensuring the work area is kept clean for customer viewing.
