Description Are you a hard-working, motivated individual with a passion for teamwork and leadership? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join our team in Lansing, MI! Pay: $17/hour Location: Lansing, Michigan Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8pm-4am We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities to grow into leadership roles, and a chance to be part of a team that values hard work and positive energy. Benefits: Health Insurance- after 90 days PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but cannot be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand Pay #ALSHP Requirements What You'll Do: Load and unload products safely and efficiently This position requires lots of walking and being on your feet for long periods of time Consistently lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift Accurately scan and document inventory Lead by example to motivate and support team members Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Forklift experience What We’re Looking For: Quick learner with a strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude Strong communication skills — must be able to read, understand, and speak English Ability to work well in a team environment Previous warehouse cross dock or leadership experience
