Summary We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Forklift Driver to support our replenishment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and order availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with loose product. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at height, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM. Overtime opportunities available and may be required based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift and Stand-Up Reach forklift safely and efficiently. Safely secure and transport loads at elevation (up to 30 feet). Pull and replenish product from overstock locations to pick bins; break open cases into individual units as needed. Handle products with precision to maintain accuracy and prevent damage. Use RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure real-time updates. Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues or concerns. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols. Support general warehouse functions as needed. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1+ year of Cherry Picker experience required – must be comfortable operating at elevated heights. Attention to detail is a must – this role directly impacts order accuracy and quality. Experience using RF scanners preferred. Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Able to twist, squat, and bend during shift Attention to detail Ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to lift 50 pounds WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily inside climate controlled building
