QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience operating Reach, Counterbalance, and Walkie forklifts, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
  • Must have a valid forklift license for all machines
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with order picking techniques and basic math skills for inventory management.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Good computer knowledge, MS Office, Emails, MS Teams
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
  • Independent worker and able to problem solve.
  • CSA Approved safety shoes
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $19.17 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Saint John, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Operate Reach, Counterbalance, and Walkie forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process returns from Tec/contractors and Canada post (Canada post can be up to 200 boxes per day). Separate and allocation to certain areas in the warehouse.
  • Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock locations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace.
