Some tasks as part of this role include: Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis Regularly check & make up orders Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence Loading/unloading customer vehicles Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained General warehouse duties & housekeeping About Us Knauf is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools.
