JOB DESCRIPTION

StarforceHR is currently recruiting on behalf of their client in Scarborough. If you are a forklift operator with a valid license and Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker experience of a minimum of 3 years, this full-time opportunity could be for you.
Day Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm
Aft Shift : 3:30 to 12am

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years experience in a warehouse
• Valid license to operate a forklift.
• Ability to communicate effectively and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Unloading, inspecting, checking weights, sampling, recording, locating inventory and bulk unloading
• Communicates Shortages.
• Wrapping product; locating, moving and/or storing product.
• Delivering product, bag dump and transferring product.
• Participate in ensuring safe working environment, and safe working practices.
• Operates in a safe manner at all time and reports hazards in a timely manner.
• Assists with other duties as required.
• Unpack and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Routes items to departments.
• Operate lift truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area.
