Mitchells of Mansfield ltd are a family business based in Sutton in Ashfield, specialising in Palletised freight transport as a proud member of the Palletways network.
We are looking for an experienced counterbalance forklift driver/warehouse assistant for our evening/night operation
start time to be discussed at interview but will be between 16:00-18:00
Primarily loading and unloading curtain sided Hgv’s from 18 to 44 ton in a very busy environment, scanning freight using a handheld scan gun along with basic housekeeping duties during quieter periods of the night.
The successful applicant should be able to work competently on their own and as part of a small team,
Previous counterbalance experience is essential for this fast paced environment and Basic IT skills would be desirable but not essential
The role is working from Monday - Friday
