Description

We’re a fast growing Customs clearance and logistic forwarding company supply high quality service and solution to our clients.
The role is focused on warehouse operations, order picking, packing, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
You can start on a Temporary/ Part-time/ Fixed term/ Zero hours contract, with the real chance to go full time & permanent.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work accurately while meeting targets
  • Able to safely carry out manual handling tasks on a daily basis capable of lifting and manoeuvring heavy loads
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to shift patterns
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the working area(s).
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Permanent
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: From £12.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming stock and materials
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch
  • Carry out stock checks and maintain warehouse accuracy
  • Labelling orders correctly ready for dispatch via our various carrier network partners
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided)
  • Keep the warehouse environment clean, tidy, and safe
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Support all warehouse functions including goods-in, picking, packing, and despatch
