We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team at WJF Technical Support Ltd in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient yard operations that align with our commitment to quality and service excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a forklift operator.
• Valid counter balance certification is required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Yard Labourer/Forklift Driver required
  Salary: £13 to 14 pound per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely load and unload goods from trucks or containers, ensuring that all goods are handled with care to prevent damage.

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by properly placing and scanning goods into the warehouse management system (WMS). Participate in regular stock counts and audits.
• Follow all company safety protocols and warehouse procedures, including conducting pre-operation checks on the Fork lift truck and reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist with the organization of goods to maximize space and improve efficiency.

Accurately document all goods moved, received, or dispatched using handheld devices or warehouse management systems.

• Work closely with other warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
