WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for skilled and motivated Forklift Operators (LO/LF) to join our Operations team across various Western suburb sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

What will you do?

  • Execute daily activities efficiently, safely and in line with SLAs
  • Follow policy and procedures including traffic management rules and safety
  • Sort, pack, tape and label customer orders
  • Operate RF device to pick and pack orders, receipt goods and perform cycle counts
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPI’s
  • Contribute to a positive and high standard work environment

WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU HAVE?

  • LO/LF license
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work towards KPI’s
  • Good communication skills
