Meade Farm Group are seeking a proactive and hands-on Forklift Goods-In Supervisor to lead our yard and inbound logistics team within a fast-paced fresh produce environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and accurate receipt, handling, and storage of incoming goods, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead and coordinate the forklift goods inward team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and continuous flow of materials and produce through the yard and into production.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company systems and standards, including Traceability, Health & Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ERP systems.
• Liaise with internal departments including Quality Assurance, Procurement and Production to ensure smooth coordination of inbound logistics and inventory availability.
• Lead daily yard team briefings to communicate operational priorities, updates, and safety reminders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Operate material handling equipment — including Forklifts and Telehandlers — safely and efficiently as part of daily operations.
