We offer a great benefits package to support you and your family: * Healthcare – Multiple medical, dental, and vision plans * 401(k) Retirement Plan – Company matches $1-for-$1, no waiting period * Life & Disability Insurance – Long-term coverage fully paid by us * Extra Insurance Options – Life, accident, and critical illness coverage * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Mental and financial well-being resources * Paid Time Off – Generous vacation and sick time * Pet Insurance – Protect your furry friends * Cascade Cares – Monthly team events and engagement activities * Leadership Training – Learn and grow with industry-leading programs POSITION SUMMARY: Role: Forklift Material Handler – 1st Shift Pay: $21.50 – $22.50/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM Reports to: Logistics Manager What You’ll Do: * Utilize a forklift and reach lift to safely and efficiently transport materials throughout the warehouse and to production lines. * Accurately record material movements using handheld inventory systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility. * Reconcile materials from completed jobs and return unused materials to designated storage locations. * Operate reach lifts and sit-down/stand-up forklifts to place pallets in assigned racking locations. * Stage and organize materials for upcoming production jobs to ensure smooth workflow. * Maintain First-In/First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices to meet product quality and expiration requirements. * Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency. * Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Support team operations by completing additional tasks as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Forklift Experience Required * Reach lift Experience Required PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: * Lift up to 50-75lbs occasionally * Attention to Detail * Able to Accurately Perform Repetitive Tasks WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EQUIPMENT: * This is a warehouse position inside a warm and dry facility. * This position requires work in a warehouse roasting facility that requires constant standing on concrete floors, exposed to loud equipment noise and subject to coffee dust strong odors. * Personal protection equipment and other Good Manufacturing Practices are mandatory.
