Description Description Eastern Metal Framing is looking for a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator to add to our Production department. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast pace and growing company. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitudes and a willingness to learn. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for the movement of material. Job Functions Loading and unloading material Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the warehouse Stacking material in the correct storage, following inventory control instructions Checking to be sure loads are secure Stacking empty pallets Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and checking equipment Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards Requirements Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent (Two) 2 plus year operating a Forklift Forklift Certified Excellent integrity, strong character and takes initiative Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Bi-lingual, desired. Ability to use computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Eastern Metal Framing Warehouse Management System. High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
