Position Overview: As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our operations by safely loading, unloading, and moving product throughout the warehouse. This position is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do: Operate power equipment to load and unload product safely. Move, locate, stack, and count inventory. Use RF scan devices to track and manage product. Ensure all shipments are accurate and damage-free. Complete inbound and outbound paperwork accurately. Follow all SOPs and customer-specific work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. What We’re Looking For Core Competencies: Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on your feet. Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach as needed. Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. What Sets You Apart Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality.
