Description Eastern Metal Framing is looking for a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator to add to our Production department. Job Functions Loading and unloading material Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the warehouse Stacking material in the correct storage, following inventory control instructions Checking to be sure loads are secure Stacking empty pallets Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and checking equipment Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards Requirements Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent (Two) 2 plus year operating a Forklift Forklift Certified Able and willing to work outside and in all weather conditions. Excellent integrity, strong character and takes initiative Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Bi-lingual, desired. Ability to use computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Eastern Metal Framing Warehouse Management System. High attention to detail.
