Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is a company that manufactures and distributes the Goodyear Belt brand of Industrial and Automotive Aftermarket Power Transmission Belts. Under this licensing agreement with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Adventry Corp. is looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join their warehousing team. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse by safely and accurately moving products from one place to another. The successful candidate will also promote a safe and clean work environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities Operate a forklift to move materials, supplies, and finished products within the warehouse Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records of all products and materials in the warehouse Organize and maintain inventory levels, and properly stack and store materials to ensure maximum space utilization Perform routine checks on forklift equipment and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order Identify and report any materials, products, or equipment that do not meet quality standards or are defective Cooperate with supervisors and follow all instructions to complete assigned tasks within a tight timeframe Follow safety procedures and practices at all times and ensure compliance with established health and safety regulations High school diploma or equivalent qualification Proven experience as a forklift operator with a valid forklift certification Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in the English language Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Sound knowledge of safe operation of forklift equipment and ability to perform routine maintenance checks and repairs Comprehensive Company Benefits Package available - medical, dental, vision, 401 (k), vacation, sick time.
