We give our team members more than just a job we offer purpose, growth, and a place to build your Legacy. 1st Shift: 7:00A - 3:30P Summary We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker and Stand-up Forklift Driver to support our replenishment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and order availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with loose product. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at height, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate 2 kinds of forklifts: Cherry Picker (Order Picker) and Stand-Up Reach safely and efficiently. Pull and replenish product from overstock locations to pick bins; break open cases into individual units as needed. Handle products with precision to maintain accuracy and prevent damage. Use RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure real-time updates. Safely secure and transport loads at elevation (up to 30 feet). Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues or concerns. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols. Support general warehouse functions as needed. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Forklift Experience: Cherry Picker - 1+ year of Cherry Picker experience required (must be comfortable operating at elevated heights) Standup Reach - Previous stand up reach forklift operation experience required. Experience using RF scanners preferred but not required. Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
