Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Forklift Operator on a permanent basis at our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position requires on-site work at our Lumber and Building Materials Distribution Facility in Regina, SK. Come join our lumber distribution team in Regina, SK!  What you’ll do: * Operates forklift to unload and transfer inventory, ensuring safe stacking and compliance with safety standards.  * Verifies product matches packing slips and purchase orders, documents inventory movement, and manages quality control for damaged goods.  * Rotates product for FIFO (First In, First Out) and organizes overflow materials to ensure easy access and documentation.  * Assembles and loads flat deck trailers for Local Co-op orders, ensuring proper strapping, securing, and adherence to transportation safety regulations.  * Participates in safety meetings, conducts equipment pre-checks, performs light repairs, and ensures proper wrapping and banding of outbound products Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with other Forklift Operators and report to the Supervisor, LBM Distribution. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and: * Have 1-3 years of relevant forklift experience and working with wide loads. Experience operating forklifts with carrying capacity of 6000 lbs is preferred, forklift training will be provided if required.  * Have a Valid forklift certificate.
