Role Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Fulfillment Warehouse Forklift Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient movement of products through our warehouse, supporting accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to support daily warehouse operations. Use an RF (Radio Frequency) gun to move inventory to designated workstream areas (SP, LTL, FTL). Accurately pick customer orders from assigned workstream areas. Perform “pick to load out” tasks and build LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments according to order requirements. Prepare pallets for shipment by shrink-wrapping, banding, and labeling. Stage and load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support daily warehouse location audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications Previous forklift driving experience required; valid forklift certification preferred. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to lift, move, and stack materials up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
