JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer / Assembler to join our team in Kitchener, ON. This role involves hands-on assembly, installation, and setup of various equipment and furniture in warehouse and commercial settings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of experience in general labour, assembly, moving, handyman work, or a related role.
• Comfortable working in crouched positions, on ladders, and handling physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and reliable.

• Assemble shelves, 7’ high racks, metal carts, wooden tables with metal ties, furniture, and pick carts.
• Use of force may be required to lift and fit components.
• Measure and mark floors using high-resistivity industrial tape (requires crouched work).
• Install sticker signs on racks, floors, and other surfaces.
• Hang banners with accurate measurement and placement using ladders or scissor lifts.
• Organize and place items into modules as per instructions.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain and clean work area before and after tasks.
• Use of measuring tools: tape measure, laser level, chalk line.
• Operate small hand tools: screwdrivers, Allen keys, cordless drills, utility knives, etc.
• Operate power tools: arming drills, anchor drills, rubber hammers.
