JOB SUMMARY:

Linkletter Farms is seeking a Forklift Operator. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The successful candidate will possess the ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid forklift license is an asset.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Benefits and Compensation Information:

• Hours of work are dependent on production.
• Must be available to work days, evenings and Saturdays.
• Seasonal position for Harvest 2025
• Range $19 to $23 per hour.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in various work environments, including tight spaces.
• Load and unload tractor trailers
• Perform basic forklift maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Utilize automated technology for box filling processes.
• Adhere to all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies while performing on-farm tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Prioritize health and safety by following established procedures, minimizing workplace risks, and complying with food safety protocols.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and teamwork while working with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate time management capabilities and the ability to create schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
