Experience picking parts using a scanner and packing parts for shipment required. DOT medical exam required to drive company vehicles. Temporary to a permanent position. Essential Functions or Responsibilities: * Pick and stage materials for production * Accurately pull parts from pick tickets and stages materials for production. * Safely operate various pieces of warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts etc.). * Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. Communicate issues regarding part discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead * Safely operates various pieces of warehouse equipment (Forklifts etc.) * Actively participate as a member of the team to move the team towards completion of goals. * Takes the initiative to find, identify and propose changes to processes not working well. * Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications/Skills: * GED or High School Diploma. * Proficient understanding of basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) * At least 6 months experience operating a forklift or reach truck. * Possess strong interpersonal and customer relation skills * Preferred Working knowledge of MRP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word and Outlook. * Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. * Must pass background check and drug test Safety/Physical requirements:  * Ability to lift 50 lbs. * Requires bending, stooping and standing. * Must be able to stand from six (6) to eight (8) hours per day.  (Overtime may extend the time period.) * Good visual and spatial perception. * Follow established safety policies including, but not limited to, mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, first-aid response, etc. Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required by the employee for this job.
