This role is a great fit for someone with forklift experience who wants stability and steady hours. What You’ll Do • Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets and finished products throughout the yard • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently • Inspect finished concrete products for quality, consistency, and packaging • Examine and sort returned pallets for reuse • Package finished products with top sheets, labels, and protective materials • Build sample pallets and displays for customers or vendors • Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe • Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout practices Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: • 1+ year of sit-down forklift experience (required) • Ability to work safely in an outdoor industrial environment • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset • Comfortable with physical work and attention to detail Education and Experience: High School Diploma, or GED equivalent (highly preferred) Manufacturing, warehouse, or yard experience preferred Additional Information Why Join Techo-Bloc?
