REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating forklifts (Pivot and Counterbalance).
• Valid forklift licences/certifications for Pivot and Counterbalance trucks.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations and safe handling practices.
• Ability to complete routine equipment checks and maintenance reports.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting when required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.

SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Good spatial awareness and hand–eye coordination when operating forklifts.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.

Mi Flues Ltd are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance (and Pivot Steer) Forklift Operative to join our ‘Goods in’ team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled forklift operator to become a valued part of a busy production environment.
Working hours are 07.00- 15.00hrs.
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience.
