Description

Overview Spirit Employment & Training Inc. is looking for Temporary Warehouse Workers to join our team in Edmonton. This 3-6 month term can potentially lead to full time permanent employment. Responsibilities Responsible for a wide range of duties supporting efficient and safe manufacturing and distribution of corrosion protection products Primarily working in the coke plant, packaging coke materials Manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of various Corrosion Protection products General warehouse duties including maintaining the condition of the warehouse Picking, shipping & receiving duties as needed Proactively follow all Health and Safety requirements Perform general maintenance, repairs and inspections of specific tools and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation Load & unload trucks as needed Operate forklift as needed Qualifications High school Diploma or equivalent education 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Experience operating hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and specialized equipment Able to wear a respirator as required Able to regularly lift over 50 lbs. Forklift Operator certificate and experience helpful Welding and soldering experience helpful Will need CSTS & WHMIS May need to pass Pre-Employment drug & alcohol testing

Responsibilities

The Forklift Operator will support the efficient and safe manufacturing and distribution of corrosion protection products, primarily working in the coke plant. Responsibilities include packaging materials, general warehouse duties, and operating forklifts as needed.
