Full Job Description: * Safely move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the facility * Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, pallet jacks, walkies, and other material handling equipment * Stage materials for machine operators according to job travelers, production schedules, and work orders * Band, wrap, label, and prepare materials for both internal and external customers * Support production team with steady, timely material flow to avoid downtime * Validate system accuracy of WIP ID and work closely with the foreman to ensure operators have work staged at their machines Preferred Qualifications: * Forklift experience * Knowledge of raw materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel * Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems * Experience as a material handler or warehouse worker (manufactured environment preferred) * Basic understanding of inventory processes, work orders, job travelers, and WIP ID Required Qualifications: * Able to manage tasks without micromanagement * Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment * Ability to lift 60 lbs. and operate pallet jacks * Strong attention to detail and thorough with double-checking operators’ parts * Must be adaptable and with a positive attitude to help other team members * Must be willing and able to perform any job assignment as production levels shift and job priorities change Beneﬁts: * Performance & Attendance Bonuses * Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance at 60 days * Long and Short-Term disability coverage * Critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity * HSA and FSA opportunities * 401(k) with company match after 60 days * Paid Holidays & Vacation * Personal Time * Weekly Pay Wages: * $18-$20.00 * You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hour Apply here, and we will send a link to complete the application and culture index survey. *** This survey must be completed at the time of the application being submitted. *** If you have any questions or issues, please call 260-488-1800.
