Description Location: Leetsdale Industrial Park — near Sewickley, Ambridge, Aliquippa, Coraopolis, Moon Township, Baden, Franklin Park, Wexford, Robinson Township Bi-weekly Hiring Open House on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm starting March 25, 2026. Position Summary The Port of Beemac in Leetsdale Industrial Park operates 24/7. In this role, you will safely load and unload material from barges, trucks, and railcars in a heavy-industrial, outdoor environment. Large model forklift or overhead cabin crane experience is a plus — but not required — we will train the right people. Shifts Available: 7AM or 7PM (10–12 hr. shifts) Pay information Up to $24/hour to start for night shift + overtime - minimum of 1 year of experience operating large forklifts (approx. 60,000 lbs.) $18 - $20/hour to start for day shift, minimal experience Up to $2.00/hour increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period Hiring Incentives & Perks $500 bonus after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days, for qualifying employees $100 monthly bonus after 180 days, for qualifying employees Shift differential for nights/weekends $500 employee referral bonus $150 safety boot allowance (steel-toe & muck boots) every year Full ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership) Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) + match, PTO, Holidays Key Responsibilities Safely load/offload barges, railcars, and trucks Follow safety rules, PPE standards, and work orders Operate industrial equipment (training provided) Keep work areas clean and hazard-free Follow written/verbal directions and work with a team Requirements Job Qualifications: Ability to pass training and required testing. Ability to pass a drug test, including medical marijuana Previous applicable forklift experience preferred Must have a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends. Must be willing to work shifts and/or overtime hours during the week/weekends as dictated by operations. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently. Willing to work in areas with full exposure to the elements year-round. Must have recent work history and a proven track record working cross-functionally. Ability to work well with all levels of team members with different backgrounds and needs. Must be able to work independently based on periodic guidance and direction.
