Forklift Operator / Warehouse Labor We are currently seeking experienced forklift operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate sit-down forklifts equipped with box clamps, roll clamps, single/double forks, and standard forks to safely move and handle product. This position involves working with equipment larger than a standard 5K lift, so prior experience is required. Our operators work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are key to success. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the site supervisor, with the opportunity to work across multiple Franklin Logistics locations based on business needs. Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM Pay Rate: $19.75/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential Primary Location: Kriner Road, Chambersburg, PA Secondary Locations: WCN Drive and Guilford Springs Rd.
