Job Description ✅Pay $22.50/hr ✅ Mon-Fri 7am-4pm ✅ Turlock, CA Position: Forklift Operator will work in collaboration with other forklift operators, truck drivers, and general laborers in order to achieve performance goals. This individual will work in a team to load and unload vehicles, while safely utilizing forklifts to complete tasks. Duties/Responsibilities: • Safely operate forklift to load and unload products from commercial vehicles and put away finished goods. • Receive and physically inspect products to ensure quality standards. • Bring consumables to the production areas as needed • Always maintain equipment in an operating function and cleaned at the end of each shift. • Partners with the yard supervisor to handle discrepancies, malfunctions, and potential issues. • Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines. • Collaboratively works with team to take on additional duties as needed Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: • An Excellent Communicator; actively reports on issues and progress. • Safety-Focused; Operates equipment according to safety standards. • Time Management; comfortable with time-driven deadlines and goals. Education and Experience: • 1+ year (s) experience as a sit-down forklift operator, or relevant work. • Familiarity with forklift operation and safety. • High School Diploma (preferred).
