Reach Truck/Forklift Operator WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Reach Truck/Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial vehicles and manual lifting devices to load/unload and transport material to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks. This is a great opportunity to join our 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift team! * High performing, reliable, and teamwork-minded employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package including the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases. * The base hourly rate of pay starts at $22.00 per hour. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 differential and 3rd shift receives a $1.50 differential. * 1st Shift - 6:00am-2:30pm. 2nd Shift - 3:00pm-11:30pm. 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am. As a reach Truck/Forklift Operator, you will * Operate forklifts and manual lifting devices to deliver material to production machines/workstations; distribute material/inventory using the first in-first out method * Manually or mechanically load or unload material from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles * Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the facility * Organize all production material and inventory; use RF Scanner to scan material to appropriate locations and verify quantities are accurate; restock material in floor and rack locations * Ensure that all necessary inventory is available for production use and coordinate the ordering of material/inventory * Complete daily inspection of equipment and communicate maintenance needs or damage; charge/fill batteries * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of experience in operation and training of powered equipment with a clear understanding of forklift operations, weight capacities, and attachments * 2+ years of steady experience operating a Reach Truck * High school diploma or equivalent * Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently * Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude * Able to work well with and motivate a team * Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
