We are looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to pick customer orders or move product from shipping, receiving or storage areas to product bins using cherry pickers. This is a Swing Shift position: Mon-Thurs 2:30 pm to 12:00 am and Fridays 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position requires up to 8-9 hours of movement per shift (Monday through Thursday) and up to 4 hours of movement per shift on Friday, including standing, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending at the waist, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs per instance. Fill customer orders and deliver them to the packing area or loading dock Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code Mark materials with identifying information using the appropriate method Repair bins as required Ensure that the work area and warehouse are clean and clutter-free at all times Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing and using the proper safety equipment Wear the proper personal protective equipment Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures Perform duties as workload necessitates Communicate regularly with the Warehouse Managers or Inventory Control on problems with stock location size and changes requested by Wilmar employees Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position Job Type: Full-time Requirements Ability to commute/relocate to Kent.
