EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in forklift operation within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Required valid forklift certification and demonstrated proficiency with sit-down forklifts.

RELATED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience training or mentoring team members preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse documentation.
• Strong understanding of safety, GMP, and quality compliance in a food production setting is highly desirable.
  Travel Requirements: May require travel within locations in Alamance County.

Forklift Operation & Material Handling

• Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to designated areas.
• Load and unload trucks, stack pallets, and replenish production lines as needed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any operational or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement through proper scanning and documentation.
