Our Forklift specialists safely and efficiently transport raw materials, finished goods and other materials within the production plant and storage yard. Counts production fill totals at shift end. Unloads/loads long hauls, beverage trailers, and common carriers safely. Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting production shifts with other staffing needs when not operating forklift. Qualifications OSHA approved forklift certification. Must be at least 18 years of age to handle Hazardous Materials. Prior related work experience in a light industrial environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Demonstrated ability to work with numbers and perform basic mathematical functions for tracking loading and unloading. Ability to successfully complete site specific forklift operator training and forklift cylinder filling training as required. Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends as needed. High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa. Additionally, the role requires accurately completing documentation, counting production fill totals, and assisting production shifts when forklift duties are not required.
