ABOUT THE ROLE

This hybrid position combines in-store styling and sales with marketing and content creation. You’ll be hands-on with both our beautiful customers and our brand’s digital voice.

SALES & STYLING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers during appointments, offering personalised styling advice
• Create a warm, welcoming experience in-store
• General housekeeping and maintaining a beautifully merchandised space
• Support with bookings, customer enquiries & fittings

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capture behind-the-scenes content and product features in-store
• Edit and post on Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
• Help brainstorm and execute content ideas
• Assist with email marketing (EDMs) and community engagement
• Respond to DMs and online customer enquiries
