Description

Responsibilities: Control safety on board and on quay/ storage areas during operations Ensure safety and discipline in the work area Coordinate with supervisor about work plans on board and on quay/ stowage area Ensure safe movement of personnel and equipment in all operation areas Direct the loading / discharge operations as per work sequence Coordinate with Chief officer on the requirements of ship Prepare lifting gears and tools for all general cargos Ensure lashing and lifting procedures are properly executed Supervise and check all work done by labors constantly Allocate available resources in an efficient manner to meet set production targets Hand-over all documentation and equipment to next shift at end of shift, or shift supervisor on completion of task Secure in proper place all gears and tools during and after completion of operations Ensure lashing materials or other hazards are not spread around on the wharf Ensure all Cargo handling gears are inspected and returned to the gear’s storage Ensure proper inventory and maintenance for all Gear Handle any other task as allocated by Supervisor. Requirements: Qualifications and Certificates: Intermediate or Above Intermediate Educational Degree Equipment License driving Work Experience in terminal operations minimum 4 years and preferable 6 years in the same roles Experience and Knowledge: Skills and Abilities Basic level in English language both written and spoken Good communication skills Good Leadership skills Able to adapt مشرف باخرة (فورمان) المهام و الواجبات: مسؤول عن السلامة على متن السفينة والرصيف و مناطق التخزين أثناء العمليات. مسؤول عن سلامة وانضباط منطقة العمل. تنسيق خطط العمل مع المشرف: على متن السفينة و رصيف الميناء و منطقة التخزين. ضمان سلامة حركة الأفراد والمعدات في جميع مناطق العمل. متابعة عملية التحميل و التفريغ حسب تسلسل العمل. التنسيق مع ضابط السفينة المُمثًل بشأن متطلبات السفينة. تجهيز العِدد و مُعدات وأدوات الرفع لجميع عمليات البضائع العامة. التأكد من تنفيذ إجراءات الربط والرفع بشكل صحيح. الإشراف والتحقق من جميع الأعمال التي يقوم بها العمال باستمرار. إستخدام الموارد المتاحة بطريقة فعالة لتحقيق معدل الإنتاج المطلوب. تسليم جميع المستندات والمٌعدات إلى الوردية التالية، أو إلى مشرف الوردية بعد إنهاء المهمة المطلوبة. التأكد أن جميع العِدد و المٌعدات والأدوات في مكانها المناسب أثناء العمل وبعد الإنتهاء منه. التأكد من عدم وجود أي بقايا مواد ربط أو مخاطر أخرى على رصيف الميناء. التأكد من فحص جميع الأدوات المستخدمة أثناء تداول البضائع وإعادتها إلى المخزن بعد الإنتهاء. ضمان وجود مخزون مناسب وصيانة جيدة لجميع العِدد. تنفيذ أي مهمة أخرى يحددها المشرف. المؤهلات والشهادات: حاصل على مؤهل متوسط أو فوق المتوسط. حاصل على رخصة قيادة معدات ثقيلة (مزاولة مهنة) الخبرة والمعرفة: لديه خبرة عمل بالمواني من 4 الى 6 سنوات في نفس المهام المهارات والقدرات: لديه القدرة على التحدث و الكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية. جيد في مهارات التواصل جيد في المهارات القيادية قادر على التكيف بشكل سريع

Responsibilities

The Forman GC is responsible for ensuring safety and discipline during operations on board and in storage areas. This role involves coordinating with supervisors, directing loading and discharge operations, and supervising labor activities to meet production targets.
