Your mission Nous recherchons à Lavaur (site des Cauquillous), un(e) Formateur(trice) Global au sein du Département Formation globale Science et Produits de la Direction Médicale & Patients Consommateurs pour des activités de conception et déploiement d'outils pédagogiques sur le périmètre INNOVATIVE ONCOLOGY, indications POUMONS et la maladie lymphoproliférative post-transplantation : PTLD. Pour les marques du périmètre dg afin d’augmenter le niveau de compétences Scientifique et Produits des collaborateurs Pierre Fabre, votre rôle principal est de concevoir, déployer et évaluer des parcours pédagogiques médicales et produits destinés aux MSL internationaux et aux formateurs pays qui prennent le relais en filiale Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion : Plus spécifiquement: - Il / Elle élabore la formation en relation étroite avec le marketing et les directions médicales des franchises. - Il / Elle valide le contenu des supports de formation et d’évaluation, avec les services médico-marketing et les services réglementaires - Il / Elle anime les formations Sciences et produits d’intégration et continue pour les MSL de son périmètre et réalise les évaluations associées aux actions menées., et des traineurs locaux - Il / Afin d'augmenter le niveau de compétences scientifiques et Produits des collaborateurs Pierre Fabre, votre rôle principal sur votre périmètre est de concevoir, déployer et évaluer des parcours pédagogiques médicaux et produits destinés aux MLS internationaux et aux formateurs pays qui prennent le relais en filiales. Ce poste est compatible avec du télétravail jusqu’à 2 jours par semaine selon les règles d'entreprise.
