Description
Maintenance of Bank's documents inventory for various regions: periodic reviews and ad hoc requests. Updating electronic documents in central repository. Coordinating client communications sent by the Business. Working with the internal Business Requestors to understand background and context of requests to be executed and advising the most efficient solutions Collecting and reviewing elements crucial for communication dispatch and forms uploads/updates (adherence to internal guidelines, clients' distribution lists, approvals etc.) Working with internal partners (e.g. technology) to solve ad-hoc issues or enhance current functionalities. Proactively addressing any identified deficiencies - system errors, data gaps etc. Getting involved in various projects and initiatives aiming to improve client experience. Sharing best practice and drive client centric solutions. Fluency in spoken and written English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, ifs) Ability to understand new digital systems quickly Ability to cope with ambiguity & change - high adaptability Strong attention to details Experience in working with various stakeholders Ability to challenge status quo and continuously optimize processes and tasks in own area of responsibility Pro-active and self-driven, showing initiative Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Good time management and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Degree educated, preferably in a Business Management discipline, however exceptional candidates with other qualifications will be considered. ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------
