JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re on the hunt for an innovative Formulation Chemist to help shape the future of our consumer packaged goods line. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with our R&D Lead to develop and refine cutting-edge formulations, test product performance, and ensure every batch meets the highest quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: BS in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (required).
• Experience: 4+ years in a lab or manufacturing setting (personal care, pet care, or similar preferred).
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep knowledge of raw materials used in haircare and beauty formulations.
• Familiarity with multiple processing methods.
• Experience developing and launching novel products.
• Proficiency with formulation scale-up math.
• Regulatory Knowledge: cGMP, FDA, ISO 22716 standards strongly preferred.
• Tools & Software: Google Workspace, Slack, and analytical instruments for formulation testing.
