Job Description 1. 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司劳动纪律，遵守食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求；2. 严格按生产计划、工艺配方、操作规程完成配料、投料、混合、搅拌、灌装/包装等生产作业。按配方准确领用原料，核对品名、规格、批号，确保配比精准、投料顺序正确，不擅自更改配方。监控生产过程参数（温度、时间、转速、压力、黏度等），如实记录并保持稳定。 3. 正确操作配料机、搅拌机、输送设备、计量设备、包装设备等，做到规范开机、运行、停机。做好设备班前检查、班中巡检、班后清洁，发现异响、故障立即停机上报，不违章操作。配合完成设备日常保养、润滑、清理，保持设备完好整洁。 4. 遵守质量要求，做好自检、互检，发现异常（色差、异味、结块、杂质、配比偏差）及时上报。严格执行车间安全操作规程、劳动防护、防火防爆、防尘防毒要求，规范使用防护用品。杜绝混料、错料、泄漏、污染，防止产品交叉污染，确保批次可追溯。 5. 保持岗位区域卫生，原料、半成品、成品、工具定置摆放、标识清晰。及时清理落地料、废料、包装废弃物，做好现场5S管理。规范填写生产记录、批次记录、设备运行记录、交接班记录，确保真实完整。 6. 做好原料领用、消耗统计，剩余物料规范存放、标识清楚。严格执行交接班制度，交接生产进度、设备状态、质量情况、注意事项。 7. 配合质检、班组长完成取样、送检、盘点等工作。 8. 服从班组长安排，完成临时生产任务、加班安排及上级交办的其他工作。积极参加安全、质量、工艺培训，持续提升操作技能与合规意识。 9.公司/部门交办的其他事项。 Qualifications 1. 学历要求：中专/中技及以上学历。 2. 专业方向：优先考虑发酵工程、生物工程、饲料加工、食品加工技术等相关专业，具备基础的微生物学、饲料工艺学理论知识者优先。 3. 深富团队合作精神 4. 善于沟通； 5. 认真负责的态度。 6. 要求有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力 7. 有配料、混合、搅拌、乳化、粉体/液体配方类生产线操作经验优先；无经验但学习能力强、踏实肯干亦可。技能要求- 能看懂简单工艺配方、操作规程、生产记录 Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
