The role reports to the Head of Formulation and Consumer Sciences in the No7 Beauty Company Research & Innovation team.

• As Formulation Manager you will drive product innovation by leading a team of world-class formulation scientists in the research and development of novel technologies, delivery systems and product formats with a focus on IP protection, sustainability, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop internal capabilities to create a forward-looking product design approach, leveraging automation, high-throughput methods, and digital technologies to improve time-to-market, reduce costs, and enhance product effectiveness and quality.
• Builds strong relationships with suppliers and academic partners to drive innovation through collaboration and co-creation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our brands and the global skincare market to ensure prototypes are fit for purpose, consumer-focused, future facing and commercially viable.
